Thank YOU sooooo much for giving us all the most wonderful week. Literally every day was just brilliant. Thank you for a such a great week of sailing on your lovely Blue Planet around Corfu.
Highlights - great sailing, great locations, great company, great stories, great swimming, great food and of course the lovely Blue Planet!
You chose wonderful locations around Corfu, and in a week of light to no wind, you found and made the most of every last breath of breeze! We enjoyed good food, good company, good sailing and swimming. Wonderful stories and all to the backdrop of great playlists!
Your instruction was very positive and encouraging - anchoring under sail (with other boats there đŹ)and lots of manoeuvring practice under engine and sail was very good for building my confidence and exactly what I needed!
I look forward to sailing with you again soon and wish you good winds for your summer and autumn sailing season.

Thank you to Rick for a fabulous, adventurous holiday. We learnt new skills in sailing, whilst cruising to some beautiful destinations. Good food at his favourites restaurants. Plenty if jumping off his Yacht for sea swimming.

"We spent a week onboard Blue Planet in August- and what a week it was! We sailed as a group of 6 ( 4 adults and 2 teenagers) and had a fabulous time. Rick took us to some amazing places to eat, to swim and to simply relax at. Two of our âcrewâ were very hands on in terms of the sailing aspect, the rest of us took the opportunity to simply relax. Corfu is simply stunning, and a week with Captain Rick and Blue Planet left us wanting more."

"My wife and myself spent a week doing our "RYA Day Skippers" courses with Captain Rick on the Blue Planet. We had completed sailing courses before with other companies, but our experience with Captain Rick was in a class of its own. The yacht itself is fantastic: large cabins with great bed linen, 2 bathrooms (yes two!), great big galley, really comfortable. The man himself, our captain Rick, was extremely knowledgeable, really good instructor, courteous, a very interesting person with lots of stories to tell and he also knew all the good spots for swimming and eating! This all made for an amazing week. It is intense, with lots packed in a few days and good fun too. I would definitely recommend him and his yacht and will return again."

We're back home refusing to take our shorts off and still eating Greek yogurt, honey and nuts!
We would just like to say again what a fantastic holiday you gave us.  I couldn't begin to decide what we enjoyed most, learning a bit about sailing, the good company, the non-stop music, the brilliant places you took us to swim and explore, the fun of swimming ashore to get ice cream money box and shoes above our heads or the restaurants you suggested for evening meals......I could go on and on, but yes Rick those burgers were pretty spectacular and going feral is the way to go!!!
We are missing you already, so if ever you do want a quiet time in the countryside just email us and let us know.
Hope the sailing is good this week and you all enjoy a bit of family time.

Certainly, these wouldn't have been a feature had it not being for you. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our time with you. Rick (the owner) provided superb pre-communication and details per email. Whilst sailing he did a wonderful job, very patient and never got tired to answer all our question - definitely to be recommended.

We had a fabulous week with Capt Rick. Starting as complete novices, we learned so much and came away feeling âcompetentâ, enthusiastic and having had a fantastic holiday. Capt Rick knows all the best restaurants and spots on and around CorfuâŠso many amazing meals, great stories and lots of G&Ts on deck at sundown.

We thoroughly enjoyed our sailing trip with Rick. Four of us travelled with the intention of acquiring our Day Skipper qualification and all were successful. Rick is an excellent trainer and very conscious of safety. We had the sails up every day, he knows where to find the wind, and tacked and gybed our way around the Ionian. We were treated to evenings in secluded coves and he knows where all the great restaurants and tavernas are. Evenings were great craic with discussion on lots of topical issues and music, although how he canât like ABBA is beyond me. Iâd highly recommend sailing with Rick for an entertaining sailing experience.

He mentored us in the practical aspects of the knowledge and skill requirements of the Day Skipper course with panache - just the right balance of discipline and laxity that made sure that we all learnt to the best of our abilities. Successfully, as it happens: we all came off the boat with our certificates, thanks to Rick's careful instruction.
The social aspect of sharing space on a boat and eating on shore was enjoyable and entertaining. We will be back!"

"We spent a fantastic week with Captain Rick sailing around the beautiful bays of Corfu, Paxos and the mainland. I'm sure all the good skippers closely guard their mooring spots and secluded bays, but Rick had a knack of getting us to great places, whether getting in to a port at the best time and recommending a good restaurant, taking us to a great place to stargaze after a barbecue on the boat or knowing when to get to a popular spot before the crowds. One evening there was a bit of heavy weather coming in and Rick got us to port 5mins before the ideal spot opened, letting us moor the boat with the stern to the wind. In the morning we saw the Sunsail and other boats floundering with crossed chains while we serenely drifted out! I would recommend the trip to any of my nicest friends".
